What We Expect From You

We believe that our success is based on the quality of owner operators we lease on. We have higher standards than your average intermodal carrier and must ask that you have the following qualities:

• Commercial Drivers License (CDL) with no more than 2 moving violations in the last 3 years.
• No accidents in the last 36 months.
• Minimum age is 23 years old and you have 2 years of verifiable driving experience.
• No criminal history, failed drug tests or DUIs.
• Willingness to work 5 days per week and develop a positive working relationship with our customers, dispatchers and administrative people.
• Maintain a professional attitude and appearance.
• Turn in your paperwork in neat and orderly fashion.
• Pre and post trip inspection of all equipment per FMCSA rules.
• Operate your vehicle in a safe manner at all times.
• Turn in all periodic maintenance records per FMCSA rules.
• Owned by sign on the side of your tractor.
